Beccy's Challenge - Day 30 - The last day of November - Do what you love

The Day 30 for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.

For the last day of the challenge I colored a new mandala that I had, with velvet
on paper. Because I love to experiment, I colored some areas of it with imitation
of gold foil. As for the rest of the colors I used  markers, watercolor markers and
shiny acrylics, including in the corners.

Pentru ultima zi a provocarii am colorat o alta mandala pe
care o aveam, catifea pe hartie. Pentru ca imi place sa
experimentez, pe cateva portiuni am utilizat foita aurie.
Pentru celelalte culori am folosit markere, acuarele
markere, acrilice stralucitoare inclusiv pe colturi.

Beccy's Challenge - Day 29 - Letter Z A Z from a holly bough

The Day 29 for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.

For this project I used a Beccy's creation, as you can see above.
I combined three images, creating the letter Z. This was the inspiration.
I printed the image, shaped it and bonded on a pattern brown background.
The Z is colored with pencils and around the circle there are little white
circles from markers.

Litera Z este formata dintr-o imagine a lui Beccy.
Am tiparit-o, decupat-o si am lipit-o pe un un fundal
cu model, maro. Pentru colorare am folosit creioane
si la final cu marker alb am facut cerculete.

Day 28 - Letter Y

The background was also created by myself. The yellow circle was obtained
with a cutting die. Under it is a shiny transparent pattern paper.
The Yin-Yang signs are punched. In the other two corners are the halves of
a leaf from a set. I added  also some red acrylic.

Pe un fundal creat de mine, am lipit o hartie transparenta
cu model, pe care sta o rondea creata cu o stanta. Semnele
Yin-Yang sunt perforate, in colturi sunt doua jumatati de
frunza si am mai adaugat ceva rosu acrilic.

 

And I can not believe that the finish is very close...

Day 27 - Letter X

Ziua 27 a provocarii lunii noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

For  this day I used another dendritic background, this time on black, together
with an Xtras adhesive foil sheet. I tried to obtain two  different shapes, 
with cutting dies, but my lack of experience produced only the flowers correctly.
The mandala shapes were partially cut. But I bonded them as well, because they
fit in the composition. At least from my perspective! 😊
As extra decoration I added the red elements, the stickers snowflakes and the
metallic pale yellow that looks like silver on black.

Am folosit un alt fundal dentritic pe fond negru, impreuna cu o
foaie autoadeziva Xtras. Am vrut sa obtin doua geometrii diferite,
utilizand matrite de taiere, insa lipsa mea de experienta a facut ca sa
iasa doar florile. Mandalele au iesit partial. Dar le-am lipit ca mi
s-a parut ca se potrivesc in compozitie. Cel putin din perspectiva mea.
Ca decor suplimentar colturile rosii, stickere fulgi si un galben pal
metalic, pictat pe negru, ce pare argintiu.

Day 26 - Letter W

This time I used a handmade paper with petals and some insertions, from a creative
set. The small blue circles are from the same set.
I added the white snowflake from an window decoration and some stickers,
including the 'smile'.😊

Felicitarea este realizata pe o hartie handmade, avand
pe ea petale si niste insertii, dintr-un set creativ. Tot de
aici sunt sunt si cercurile albastre. Am adaugat un fulg
central dintr-o coala cu decoratiuni pentru geam si
niste stickere, inclusiv 'zambetul'.

The background is white, even the photo due to the light seems,
to be a pale yellow...

When I did the card for the day 21, the white snowflake was the second trial.
The first one on that red background was not good at all. You can see it below.
So, I wanted to recover the page.
I painted the area with white and I limited it with a cardboard 'frame' from
a box, painted in acrylic gold. Inside it is a triangle - tree, created with a velvet
green powder fixed on a double sided  adhesive tape. In the corners it is pink
velvet, the same procedure. On the frame there are punched small velvet trees
As accessories: pieces from a pattern page, stickers and some dots  from a
metallic paint.

Cand am realizat felicitarea din ziua 21, primul fulg
embosat l-am gresit  si am vrut sa recuperez fundalul.
Am pictat cu alb zona, am incadrat-o intr-o 'rama' provenind
dintr-o cutie de carton, pe care am vopsit-o cu auriu. In interior
si pe ea sunt triunghiuri - braduti obtinuti cu pulbere catifea,
presarata pe banda dublu adeziva. Pe colturi este catifea roz.
Ca ornamente suplimentare: stickere, bucatele dintr-un carton
cu model si puncte - globuri realizate cu o vopsea metalica.

A 3D experience
O experienta 3D

For this day, I decided to reload the idea of a globe, based on a pentagon
geometry for each face.
The dimension of the edge is ~28mm. You can see how I contructed the globe.
At the red line, if you want to repeat the idea, you have to add that small surface used
for bonding. I forgot...
After I cut  the whole pattern, I bended all the lines and start the bonding.
Prior to close completely, I introduced a thread limited by two white beads.
Finally, I added a sticker - red heart.

Reiau ideea confectionarii unui glob, folosind geometria unui pentagon,
a carui latura este de ~28mm. Desfasurata o puteti vedea in imagine.
In zona liniei rosii, mai trebuie adaugata bucatica utila pentru lipire.
Eu am uitat sa o pun. Dupa taiere, am indoit cartonul pe muchii si am
inceput lipirea. Inainte de a o finaliza, am introdus firul de prindere al
globului, limitat de doua margele. Am adaugat si un sticker inimioara.

In November 2020, I did something similar with pieces remained from
the punched parts.
Now, I reloaded the idea with some shiny small bits from a a tehno piece with cogs,
received when I bought it. I wanted to use them all and this is the result.
On the cardboard I used double sided adhesive tape, on the whole surface.
After that, I spread randomly everything and pour glitter. 😊

Este o idee reluata din 2020, de a utiliza mici bucatele pe
care le aveam de la un kit tehno cu roti dintate. Pe carton
am lipit banda dublu adeziva si pe ea am pus aleator
bucatelele, iar la final am presarat sclipici.

Day 22 - Letter T

Anul 2023 va fi un an special. Niko ne provoaca la o aventura creativa
deosebita, prin reciclarea diverselor tipuri de materiale.
Luna noiembrie are ca subiect: 'CD-uri, dischete,vinil'.
Proiect: Suport de pahare! (saptamana 2).

Pentru ca mai aveam o jumatate din servetelul cu floarea soarelui, am mai facut
un suport similar celorlalte doua realizate in perioada Activitatilor de vara de
anul trecut. Ciudat este ca nu am reusit sa decojesc CD-ul. Poate am gresit fata
pe care am incercat.

Fetrul din spate este alta culoare, ca nu mai aveam ceva similar.
Mai am servetel pentru inca o rondea, cand voi mai avea chef de mozoleala!😊

Transformari creative (42) CD-ul ascuns!

Anul 2023 va fi un an special. Niko ne provoaca la o aventura creativa
deosebita, prin reciclarea diverselor tipuri de materiale.
Luna noiembrie are ca subiect: 'CD-uri, dischete,vinil'.
Proiect: De agatat! (saptamana 1).

Am profitat de temele lunii noiembrie pentru a finaliza o sugestie a Silviei,
de a folosi un CD ca suport pentru un experiment cu acul persan.
Dimensiunile au fost comparabile, testul fiind realizat pe  ghergheful mic,
de ~10cm. Va povestesc despre realizare:
Am mai taiat materialul pe care am cusut si l-am indoit peste CD, prinzandu-l
in patru puncte, cu banda dublu adeziva folosita pentru mochete si prin
coasere. Apoi am folosit fetru pentru a acoperi spatele, prins cu hot glue si
peste el am lipit o atarnatoare.

In principiu proiectul nu este prea laborios. Prinderea materialului mi s-a
parut  mai complicata, pentru ca gliseaza pe suprafata lucioasa a CD-ului.
Si cred ca trebuia materialul taiat pe rotund, pe cand eu am format un
dreptunghi. Desi recunosc ca acum nu imi dau seama care din variante
e mai buna, fara sa realizez si un alt exemplu pe rotund.
In final, pentru ca baza de lucru era prea alba, am manjit muchia cu putin
sclipici pentru textile.
Si culorile negativului imi plac. Poate fi o viitoare optiune de lucru. 😊

Acum lucrarea mea are si un pazitor pufos...

Este adevarat ca CD-ul nu se mai vede, insa pare a fi o solutie pentru a
intari o astfel de lucrare.

Beccy's Challenge - Day 22 - Letter T A techno style

The project is very simple. A white cardstock is covered by a pattern paper
which is bended and bonded on the back. The remaining free space is
for the written sentiment.
On top are bonded some gears, from a kit with these kind of parts.
In addition there are some shades of blue.

Proiectul este foarte simplu. Un carton alb este
acoperit de o hârtie cu model care este îndoită
și lipită pe spate. Spațiul liber rămas este pentru text.
Deasupra sunt lipite niste angrenaje, dintr-un kit cu astfel
de elemente.În plus, există câteva nuanțe de albastru.

Day 21 - Letter S

The Day 21  for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.
Ziua 21 a provocarii lunii noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

The background was created during this month, using the rest of the colors:
gold, black and red from yesterday (an unfinished card).  The snowflake is heat
embossed. The strips with dots, were from an accident: those confetti landed off
on the carpet. So, I used an adhesive paper tape to collect them. And also a
transparent packing tape, but for some future destinations, eventually.
Because I still felt the adhesive, I painted them with silver, no water.
And now are OK and bonded top and bottom.
There are also two stickers and extra dots on the background from a marker.
I added another layer just because the red paper was not thick enough.

Fundalul a fost creat în cursul acestei luni, folosind resturi
de culori: auriu, negru și roșu de ieri (o felicitare neterminată).
Fulgul de nea este embosat la cald. Fâșiile cu puncte, au fost
create printr--un accident: confetti-urile alea au aterizat pe covor.
Am folosit o bandă adezivă de hârtie pentru a le colecta.
Și, de asemenea, o bandă de ambalare transparentă, dar pentru
unele destinații viitoare, eventual. Pentru că încă simțeam adezivul,
le-am vopsit cu argint, fără apă. Și acum sunt OK și lipite de sus și
de jos. Există, de asemenea, două stickere și puncte suplimentare pe
fundal de la un marker. Am mai adăugat un strat doar pentru
că hârtia roșie nu era suficient de groasă.

Day 20 - Letter R

Ziua 20 a provocarii lunii noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

This project is based on a sketch created with a gold marker.
It is random, but in that moment I wanted to obtain the infinte sign,
as much as possible. For coloring I used red, blue, copper, black .
In the corners there are some pieces from the same pattern page used
on day 11. The background is painted in a pale silver, except the corners
for which I used copper.
Some stickers were used for embellishment.

For this day it was also a simple story!

Day 19 - Letter Q

The Day 19  for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.
Ziua 19 a provocarii lunii noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

I love quilt creations, so I've transfered the idea to paper. Of course, something
not complicated, as you can see.
The strips, different types and colors, are bonded on a cardbord, stock size.
The arrangement is horizontal, vertical and oblique. The last ones are cut
with  model. I used also strips for decoration.
In the center there are three stickers.

Este un proiect simplu din benzi de hartie diferite modele,
inclusiv din cele pentru decoratiuni, lipite orizontal, vertical si oblic.
Acestea din urma le-am taiat cu model. Central sunt trei stickere.

This is my experiment for today!
It's one of the subjects I want to explore more.
