Beccy's Challenge - Day 17 - Letter O Abstract around an octagon.

The Day 17  for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.
Ziua 17 a provocarii lunii Noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

This time I used a red cardboard, stock size. The central element is a sticker
snowflake inside an octagon. On two laterals is a red holographic adhesive tape.
The patterns are transfered from some stencils. For coloring I used glittery pens,
markers (gold and white) and a shiny acrylic in different areas.

Pe un fundal rosu, am centrat un sticker fulg de zapada
in interiorul unui octogon. Desenele suplimentare provin din
sabloane. Pe doua laturi este o banda rosie holografica
autoadeziva. Culorile provin de la pixuri stralucitoare, markere:
alb si auriu si acrilic stralucitor in mai multe locuri.

Beccy's Challenge - Day 14 - Letter M An experience with metal

The Day 14  for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.
Ziua 14 a provocarii lunii Noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

I like the embossing of metal, even I do not know many things about it.
I wanted to try it for letter 'M', on a piece with dim. ~ 10cm x 15 cm.
I used the geometry of two stencils to do it. The 'frame' has  5 mm width.
It's a start, but there are many other things to be learned for this technique.

Pentru aceasta zi am experimentat o embosare
pe metal, utilizand doua sabloane pentru geometrii.
'Rama' se afla la 5 mm de margine.

This time it's about books... and a "Moon portal"...!

This project is my entry for:

'June Challenge' - on Beccy's  Place;

The image is based on an image included in the Beccy's creation called:
'Book lover set'.

The card is simple. The printed image is bonded on a background
with a created pattern, usind a stencil on which I sprayed red and grey,
but because the base was grey, the colors are far to be obvious.
The rest of the coloring was obtained with pencils and gel pens.

Felicitarea este simpla. Imaginea imprimată este
lipită pe fundal cu un model creat, folosind un șablon
pe care am pulverizat roșu și gri, dar pentru că baza
era gri, culorile sunt departe de a fi evidente. Restul
colorării a fost obținută cu creioane și pixuri cu gel

Beccy's Challenge - Day 21- Letter S (2) The dance of blue for Christmas

The Day 21 for the November Challenge on Beccy's Place (second entry)
Ziua 21 a provocarii lunii noiembrie, pe Blogul lui Beccy. (a doua lucrare)

 

I chose to do a new project with S, so this is it.
The base is a stock blue size cardboard, with a light pattern;
for the geometry I used a stencil with a lovely shape put on the
surface; the color inside the spaces is from a pad;
in the center I used a silicone stamp and also two stickers, copper
color; other colors: blue metallic and gold from a marker.

Pe un carton bleu usor embosat am folosit un sablon
rotund prin ale carui decupari am folosit culoare din
tusiera; centrul este realizat cu o stampila de silicon;
am mai adaugat doua stickere culoare cuprului;
alte culori: albastru metalic si auriu dintr-un marker.

This stencil is too lovely and I wanted to show it to you!

Beccy's Challenge - Day 9- Letter H There is always a way...!

The Day 9 for the November Challenge on Beccy's Place.
Ziua 9 a provocarii lunii noiembrie, pe Blogul lui Beccy.

Materials and techniques:

No. of layers: 1 - a light blue cardboard from a winter paper block, sprayed
with a red acrylic spray through a stencil with a honeycomb  pattern on which
are bonded different elements:
- two pieces with two children from a pattern paper, one being transparent;
- two hearts and two triangles with small trees, from another pattern papers;
- two stickers snowflakes;
- two angels obtained with a hobby puncher;
Used colors: gold marker for the 'way'.

Pe un carton bleu cu model de iarna am pulverizat culoare rosie 
printr-un sablon cu model fagure; apoi am lipit diferite elemente
din hartii cu model, doua stickere fulgi de zapada si doi ingerasi
obtinuti prin perforare; 'drumul' e format cu markerul auriu.

This is my 'H' card! And I am glad I succeeded the spray operation...

Beccy's Challenge - Day 14 - Letter L - A special Light

 Day 14 on Beccy's November Challenge and
'Anything goes  with optional Black',  on More Mixed Media Challenge.

Light of Christmas!

On a black cardboard (stock size), I stamped two images (the candle and the
corner geometry) with silicone stamps and heat embossed them. On the background
the shiny geometry was done by tapping through a stencil with color from a pad.
The flame was completed with some acrylic colors: silver, gold, mauve, red (used
also on the base of the candle). A gel shiny blue pen was used for the corners.

Pe carton negru am embosat la cald doua geometrii si am completat
fundalul cu tusare printr-un sablon; pentru flacara am folosit acrilice:
argintiu, auriu,mov si rosu - acesta utilizat si pentru baza lumanarii;
in colturi am folosit o carioca gel stralucitoare.

Beccy's Challenge - Day 9 - Letter H - The Honeycomb pattern...or a transformed disaster

I wanted so much to use a stencil with a honeycomb pattern.
Because I did not fixed it correctly and when I used a red spray over it,
the consequence was like in the next image:

An apparently disaster!
Un aparent dezastru dupa utilizarea pulverizatorului
peste un sablon gen fagure de miere, fixat incorect.

So,  I tried to 'fix' somehow this, using a few bonded accessories:

pieces from a transparent decoration paper,  chains obtained with a hobby
puncher used last time and three stars fixed with a thicker self-adhesive
tape. I've 'corrected' with white a few areas from the honeycomb and I
added some accents gold and red.

Elementele ajutatoare pentru a 'remedia' cumva
eroarea de vopsire si pe care le-am lipit: calc cu model,
elemente stantate si stelute puse pe o banda adeziva
mai groasa. Am 'corectat' cu alb cateva zone si am mai
adaugat accente cu auriu si rosu

Day 9 was a strong lesson for me: 
I'll not say that everything could be repaired, but the trying experience
was amazing!
And as a bonus idea,  every  defect image could have a beautiful 'effect'! 😊

 

Ziua a 9-a s-a transformat intr-o lectie deosebita:
Nu voi spune ca orice poate fi reparat, dar experienta incercarii
a fost fabuloasa! Ca sa nu mai spun ca din orice imagine pot
iesi efecte deosebit de frumoase, asta asa, ca un bonus! 😊

The net of time

This project is my second entry for:
'More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional Purple'.
Al doilea proiect pe site-ul More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional Violet.

Materials and techniques:
Materiale si tehnici:

- the base of this project is a bought piece of wood, dim. 24.5 cm x 8 cm x 1 cm;
- the colors used are called 'chalk paint', something new for me, but very nice 
  to apply on wood; the gold is acrylic;
- for the pattern I used partially a stencil,  model KSA002;
 

Baza proiectului este o bucata de lemn cumparata,
colorata cu niste culori noi, 'chalk paint' (vopsea creta)
si pe care am folosit partial un sablon.

A flower in a pink spiral

This project is my entry for:
'May Challenge' on Beccy's Place;
'More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional Pink'.
Proiectul meu pentru provocarea lunii mai, pe site-ul lui Beccy
si pe site-ul More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional roz.

 I used a received  image created by Beccy.

Materials and techniques:
Materiale si tehnici:

- three layers: the base is painted in shiny blue; the image is printed on tracing paper
  and shaped as an oval;  the spiral is cut from a pink paper, slightly embossed;
- the colors used: acrylic (blue, green and golden), pencils and fineliner pens for 
  the flower, pink and green glitter and a pearlmaker pen for the spiral; 
- for the patterns I used two stencils;
- between the layers I used glue and for corners double-sided scotch;
- final dimensions: 13 cm x 18 cm.

Am folosit o baza colorata in bleu sidefat, floarea este tiparita
pe calc, iar spirala este taiata dintr-o hartie roz, cu model embosat.
Culorile folosite: acrilice (verde, bleu, auriu), creioane si carioci
subtiri, glitter roz si verde si gel pentru contur, zona spiralei.
Pentru modele  am folosit doua sabloane. Straturile sunt lipite iar
pe colturile cu sclipici am folosit scoci dublu-adeziv.

Initially, I wanted to to use  embossing on the tracing paper, 
but the coloring failed!  😅

This is my new project for the both challenges.
And of course, some effects!

Beccy's Challenge - Day 17 -Letter O - The owl (first episode!)

The Day 17 for the November Challenge on Beccy's Place
Ziua 17 a provocarii lunii noiembrie, pe Blogul lui Beccy.

A friend of mine  helped me to make the first episode for letter O...
It is one layer - card stock size. I used the heat embossing technique with
a shiny blue powder and the stencil that you already know, from letter E
with shiny markers. The owl was obtained with a silicone stamp.

Un prim episod al literei O, realizat cu ajutorul
unei stampile - bufnita. Am folosit embosarea la
cald  cu pulbere albastra  si sablonul utilizat la litera E
impreuna cu markere stralucitoare.

So, this card for letter  'O' has: an owl, an oval and one layer!
The second episode will follow!
