Beccy's Challenge - Day 19 - Letter Q A star in a quilt style

I like a lot the quilt projects with paper or on paper, even they are far away
from materials. So on a white cardboard, I drawn a star in the quilt style.
For coloring I used pencils and markers. Punched elements were added and
on top and bottom is a textile shiny material.

Pe un carton alb am desenat o stea pe care am colorat-o
in stil quilt. Am utilizat creioane si markere. In plus am
adaugat elemente obtinute cu perforator, plus doua fasii
din material textil autocolant, pe marginea de sus si de jos.

The negative is quite interesting!

Day 18 - P

Beccy's Challenge - Day 17 - Letter O Abstract around an octagon.

This time I used a red cardboard, stock size. The central element is a sticker
snowflake inside an octagon. On two laterals is a red holographic adhesive tape.
The patterns are transfered from some stencils. For coloring I used glittery pens,
markers (gold and white) and a shiny acrylic in different areas.

Pe un fundal rosu, am centrat un sticker fulg de zapada
in interiorul unui octogon. Desenele suplimentare provin din
sabloane. Pe doua laturi este o banda rosie holografica
autoadeziva. Culorile provin de la pixuri stralucitoare, markere:
alb si auriu si acrilic stralucitor in mai multe locuri.

Day 16 - N

I had a beautiful napkin and I bonded it on the cardboad with the normal
technique, even I completely forgot about how to avoid wrinkles, like in the
video bilow. Maybe other time...
After the bonding, because the lateral edges had some problems, I used two
pieces of a decor washi tape.
For the other colors I used brush markers red, green, blue.

Un servetel cu un model deosebit, l-am lipit
prin tehnica obisnuita pe carton. Apoi, pe
marginile laterale, fiind niste imperfectiuni,
am lipit o banda washi cu model si am
colorat cu markere: rosu, albastru, verde.

Beccy's Challenge - Day 15 - A symbolic tartan / plaid pattern

I may say that  I did not know about the existence of so many tartan patterns.
My project is based on a page that I thought was somehow close to the theme.
I added adhezive tapes parallel with the lines of the page, three colors.
After that, between lines is also a small adhesive tape, but more discret.
This is my symbolic tartan pattern, on which I bonded two stickers.

Am creat un fel de model 'tartan', avand la baza o pagina
cu dungi albe pe fond negru, singura ceva mai apropiata
de ideea zilei. Am adaugat trei tipuri de benzi adezive
paralele cu liniile existente, iar intre ele tot o banda
adeziva mai discreta. Apoi am lipit doua stickere.

Day 14 - M

Beccy's Challenge - Day 14 - Letter M An experience with metal

The Day 14  for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.

I like the embossing of metal, even I do not know many things about it.
I wanted to try it for letter 'M', on a piece with dim. ~ 10cm x 15 cm.
I used the geometry of two stencils to do it. The 'frame' has  5 mm width.
It's a start, but there are many other things to be learned for this technique.

Pentru aceasta zi am experimentat o embosare
pe metal, utilizand doua sabloane pentru geometrii.
'Rama' se afla la 5 mm de margine.

Day 13 - L

Beccy's Challenge - Day 12 - Letter K From a kaleidoscope image

The Day 12  for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.
Ziua 12 a provocarii lunii Noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

Again I used the idea of a kaleidoscope. I made a photo and I extract two
pieces, creating a bauble, bonded on a cardboard. The frame is in the bargello style.
On the top, from a green paper and a shiny adhezive tape, I created two small
branches. I added a snowflake sticker  and some  painted 'snow'...

Am facut o poza printr-un caleidoscop si am extras doua bucatele
din care am facut un glob, pe care l-am lipit pe carton. Marginile
sunt create in stilul bargello.Am creat doua ramurele din hartie
si banda adeziva. Si am adaugat un sticker si niste 'zapada'.

The negative

There are so many possibilities with the images from kaleidoscope...

Beccy's Challenge - Day 11 - Letter J The joy of jingle bells!

This is a simple project: On a cardboard in a shiny color, there are
bonded stickers and an adhesive tape top and bottom.
In addition there are some shiny drops and  painted 'snow'.

Acesta este un proiect simplu: pe un carton alb vopsit
intr-o culoare stralucitoare, sunt lipite stickere si banda
autoadeziva in partile de sus si jos. Am adaugat
stropi stralucitori si 'zapada' spuma.

This is the 'joy of jingle bells!

Day 10 - I

The Day 10  for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.

The base of the project is a white cardboard painted with a shiny crem color on
which I bonded pieces from two pages with patterns, related with winter and ice skating.
On the background I added a gel with some shiny pieces and some 'snow' foam paint.

Pe un carton alb si pictat, am lipit bucatele din doua
cartoane cu modele: de iarna si de patinaj.
Am mai adaugat gel cu bucatele stralucitoare si
niste 'zapada' vopsea spuma.

Day 9 - H

Beccy's Challenge - Day 9 - Letter H A lot of hexagons

The Day 9  for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.
Ziua 9 a provocarii lunii Noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

On a white cardboard I used the airbrush pen through a stencil with hexagons,
creating the pattern you can see in the image.
The 'clock' is a piece of rice paper, that I bonded with the materials used for
the napkin technique.
I used gel markers for the tree and for some hexagons.
I added four stickers. The top and botoom are painted with acrylic dark
and shiny green. In the corners are punched elements.

Pe un carton alb am pulverizat culoare printr-un sablon
cu elemente hexagonale. Ceasul este o bucata de hartie de orez
lipita prin tehnica servetelului. Am folosit markere cu gel pentru
brad si anumite hexagoane. Marginile de sus si jos sunt pictate cu
acrilic verde inchis si stralucitor. In colturi sunt elemente perforate.

Day 8 - Change colors

Beccy's Challenge - Day 6 - Letter F Fabric on a card

For this card I used a piece of a fabric adhesive film, with a beautiful
pattern, on a cardboard, stock size. 
After the bonding of the fabric, I colored as you can see, using textile
acrylics and some glitter.
I discovered that my brushes are not very good to paint on fabric, even
they are thin, or I do not know the trics for such an operation...

Pe un carton alb am lipit un film textil autoadeziv,
cu un model foarte frumos. Dupa aceea am colorat
cu acrilice de textile si am mai pus niste sclipici.

The image is brighter in reality...

Day 5 - E

Beccy's Challenge - Day 4 - Letter D Happy Trees with dots!

The Day 4 for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.
Ziua 4 a provocarii lunii Noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

This project is based on the same technique used at letter B, bargello,
with different types of strips, including ones with mirror effect and shiny pattern.
The strips have different widths, but 2 cm is maximum.
Even if the strips are apparently random, they creat some triangle spaces.
There are a few areas with small circles. I am not sure if I can  interpret these
as doodling... Two triangles are filled with pieces with mirror effect:
on the left border and on the right top corner. Here it looks black but it
has a gold look.
The other triangles are filled with dots from acrylic colors, as symbolic trees.
On the top is a sticker - snowflake.

Acest proiect este realizat prin tehnica de la litera B, bargello,
utilizand mai multe fasii de hartie, inclusiv unele cu efect de oglinda si
cu model stralucitor. Benzile diferite ca latime, dar nu mai mult de 2 cm.
le-am lipit astfel incat sa formeze zone triunghiulare. Mai sunt niste
portiuni acoperite cu cerculete, un fel de doodling. Triunghiurile
sunt acoperite de puncte de culoare, formand braduti simbolici.
In partea superioara este lipit un fulg de zapada'.

The image is abstract and complicated, but it was funny to work it. 😊

Beccy's Challenge - Day 3 - Letter C Christmas Tree between circles

The Day 3 for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.
Ziua 3 a provocarii lunii Noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

This is a simple card. I passed the cardboard through an embossing tool,
creating a pattern with circles. I painted the background with a light yellow
neon. The Christmas tree was obtained by heat embossing, using a stamp.
In three corners are heat embossing dots.
The used colors are: watercolors and gel markers.
The snowflakes are stickers.

Felicitarea este realizata pe un carton trecut printr-o unealta
de embosare cu cercuri. Fundalul este pictat galben pal neon,
celelalte culori provin din acuarele si markere cu gel.
Am adaugat si trei fulgi stickere.

Day 2 - B

Beccy's Challenge - Day 1 - Letter A A start with an abstract

The Day 1 for the November Challenge on Beccy's place.
Ziua 1 a provocarii lunii Noiembrie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

For the first card in this new challenge, I chose again an abstract concept
with an angel inside.
The colors  are sprayed through a small tool created from a paper roll.
with six circles getting smaller and smaller, bonded in a bottom location.
After that, in the corners I added acrylics, five punched snowflakes, an angel,
and some pieces from a shiny gold paper.

Pentru prima felicitare am ales tot un concept abstract.
Culorile sunt pulverizate printr-o mica unealta creata din
rola de hartie, avand sase cercuri din ce in ce mai mici, lipite
in aceeasi pozitie. Apoi am mai colorat cu acrilice prin colturi
si am lipit elemente perforate: fulgi si un ingeras si in
plus cateva bucatele stralucitoare din hartie.

October challenge

Provocari Verzi (41) - Reflexii in oglinda (168) Cerbul dintre oglinzi

Lucrarea participa la provocarea de pe site-ul lui Rux:
Provocari Verzi - Salvam Papusi III -21 Profesor Spirit al padurii: Cerbul.
Si la  Jocul Reflexiilor gazduit de Carmen, care l-a preluat de la Sorin.

Am revenit la felicitari. Se apropie cu pasi repezi luna lor, asa ca am vrut sa
mai exersez. Aveam o carte de terapie prin culoare cu 'animale uimitoare'.
Am ales o pagina cu un cerb si am facut ceea ce nu prea obisnuiesc. Am pozat-o,
am tiparit-o si lipit-o pe un carton maro inchis.
Am adaugat bucatele din colantul oglinda, am colorat-o cu creioane si carioci si
am lipit o floricica obtinuta prin perforare.

Influentata de Diana si cerbii ei aurii, l-am colorat pe al meu cu un creion auriu,
chiar daca nu este atat de evident.
Mi-a placut modelul si nu am vrut sa-l accentuez, ca oricum nu aveam ceva atat
de fin care sa-l redea perfect.

Si ceva colorat care sa va bucure privirea!

Un final de saptamana pe placul vostru!
