A small house for a bird

This project is my entry for: 'August Challenge' on Beccy's Place;
'More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional Bright'.
Proiectul meu pentru provocarea lunii august, pe site-ul lui Beccy si pe
site-ul More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional Stralucitor.
 

 I used from Beccy's site a combination between two images:
'the bird house with heart and bow' and an image received from Beccy,  part of the set
'bird and blossom'.

 

Am folosit doua imagini create de Beccy

 

Materials and techniques:
Materiale si tehnici:

- three layers of card boards: the base and the two half - blue and green -
            circular shaped (dia. ~14 cm) and on top is the printed image, dia. ~9 cm;
- the glitter is fixed on a double sided adhesive tape;
- for the image I used colored pencils. 

Lucrarea are trei straturi: o baza circulara (14 cm dia.) pe care
am lipit doua jumatati in culori diferite, peste care este lipit
cartonul pe care am tiparit imaginea (9cm dia), colorata cu
creioane;Sclipiciul este fixat pe banda autoadeziva.

A transmutation through the heart

This project is my entry for:

site-ul Creatice Craft Cottage - provocarea #131 - Adauga o floare/ flori.

Materials and techniques:
Materiale si tehnici:

- a black cardboard base ( dim. 13 cm x 18 cm) is covered with scotch with a
  holographic appearance;
- a piece from a napkin with flowers print is fixed with a napkin technique;
- the heart, from a hobby store, made from layers of thread and the strass stones
  are bonded with glue;  
- the glitter (green and orange) is fixed with double sided scotch. 

Un carton negru este acoperit cu scotch cu efect holografic.
Cu tehnica servetelului am lipit o bucatica de servetel cu flori.
Inima, dintr-un magazin de bricolaj, realizata din straturi de ata,
si strasurile sunt lipite cu adeziv. Sclipiciul este fixat pe scotch.

The powers of a heart are incredible!
Puterile unei inimi sunt incredibile!

The image used from Beccy's site is:

"Witch wreath"

Materials and techniques:
Materiale si tehnici:

-three layers: the base is a white card, stock size, on which is fixed a self adhesive
                        remaining paper from a page with labels; the image was printed
                        and bonded on the surface, after coloring it;
- top, bottom and laterals, on a self adhesive tape, I used glitter, three colors: 
  black, silver, orange;
- for coloring the image and all the spaces around, I used pencils, brush pens,
  a calligraphy pen and a fluorescent acrylic green;                      

Felicitarea are trei straturi: o baza din carton pentru felicitari,
un caroiaj autoadeziv ce avusese etichete si hartia cu imaginea
tiparita si lipita dupa colorare; pe margini am utilizat sclipici fixat
pe banda autoadeziva (negru, argintiu si portocaliu); pentru colorare am
folosit creioane, carioci si un verde fluorescent, acrilic.

That's it! And the mesh started!

The net of time

This project is my second entry for:
'More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional Purple'.
Al doilea proiect pe site-ul More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional Violet.

Materials and techniques:
Materiale si tehnici:

- the base of this project is a bought piece of wood, dim. 24.5 cm x 8 cm x 1 cm;
- the colors used are called 'chalk paint', something new for me, but very nice 
  to apply on wood; the gold is acrylic;
- for the pattern I used partially a stencil,  model KSA002;
 

Baza proiectului este o bucata de lemn cumparata,
colorata cu niste culori noi, 'chalk paint' (vopsea creta)
si pe care am folosit partial un sablon.

The image used is the Beccy's creation:

"Lavender"

From the 'bingo-grid', I used the marked diagonal.

Materials and techniques:
Materiale si tehnici:

 - three layers: the base is a pale yellow board, dimensions: 12 cm x 17 cm;
                          the second layer is a decorative paper, imitating stitching, with many 
                          shades of violet and the third layer has the printed image;
 - on the white board I used on the lateral sides a deco punch for borders; 
 - as embellishment: two pieces of  golden lace, bonded with glue;
 - the colors used: a metallic golden for lateral pattern, pencils for the image
   and a red gel crayon on the lavender ribbon;
 - the corners were shaped with a punch for radius;
 - between the layers is double-sided scotch;

Felicitarea are trei straturi: o baza galben pal, o coala decor
cu o imagine imitand cusatura si un strat alb pe care am tiparit
imaginea si care are doua borduri laterale perforate si colorate
in auriu. Ca accesoriu, doua bucatele de plasa aurie, lipita;
Colorarea este cu creioane. Lipirea s-a facut cu scoci dublu
adeziv, iar colturile au fost rotunjite cu o stanta.

May and pink challenges

A flower in a pink spiral

This project is my entry for:
'May Challenge' on Beccy's Place;
'More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional Pink'.
Proiectul meu pentru provocarea lunii mai, pe site-ul lui Beccy
si pe site-ul More Mixed Media Challenge - Optional roz.

 I used a received  image created by Beccy.

Materials and techniques:
Materiale si tehnici:

- three layers: the base is painted in shiny blue; the image is printed on tracing paper
  and shaped as an oval;  the spiral is cut from a pink paper, slightly embossed;
- the colors used: acrylic (blue, green and golden), pencils and fineliner pens for 
  the flower, pink and green glitter and a pearlmaker pen for the spiral; 
- for the patterns I used two stencils;
- between the layers I used glue and for corners double-sided scotch;
- final dimensions: 13 cm x 18 cm.

Am folosit o baza colorata in bleu sidefat, floarea este tiparita
pe calc, iar spirala este taiata dintr-o hartie roz, cu model embosat.
Culorile folosite: acrilice (verde, bleu, auriu), creioane si carioci
subtiri, glitter roz si verde si gel pentru contur, zona spiralei.
Pentru modele  am folosit doua sabloane. Straturile sunt lipite iar
pe colturile cu sclipici am folosit scoci dublu-adeziv.

Initially, I wanted to to use  embossing on the tracing paper, 
but the coloring failed!  😅

This is my new project for the both challenges.

April challenge

The flower-mosaic

This project is my entry for:
'April Challenge' on Beccy's Place;
Creatia mea pentru provocarea lunii aprilie, pe site-ul lui Beccy.

I used the next image:

'Flannel flowers' - Beccy's creation

Transformation with 'funny.pho.to'

Materials and techniques:
Materiale si tehnici:

- three layers: one red and one light yellow are used as a frame; on the third one
                        I printed the image and painted.
- all the colors are acrylic;
- the dots are made with wood sticks;
- between the layers I used glue; 
- final dimensions: 9 cm x 11 cm.

Trei straturi: rosu si galben pal folosite ca rama; pe al treilea
am tiparit imaginea si am colorat-o. Toate culorile sunt acrilice.
Punctele sunt realizate cu betisoare de lemn. Cele trei
straturi sunt lipite. Dimensiuni finale: 9 cm x 11 cm.
